v. Order delivery: Currently, our standard models are equipped with image collection devices such as cameras. If you purchase an image collection device such as a camera, the image data inside and outside the vehicle will be collected, which may include personal information such as face and license plate. However, the data is usually collected on the vehicle side. If the data needs to be uploaded to the cloud for analysis, we will anonymize the data before uploading it according to relevant regulatory requirements.
vi. Vehicle inspection: After completing the production of the order, we usually invite the customer to inspect the vehicle and assist the customer in applying for a visa. Therefore, we will collect the customer's name, contact information, and passport information. After the visa application is completed, we will delete the above information.
vii. Use of vehicles:
(a) When you use intelligent auxiliary driving related functions, the vehicle-mounted sensor device and camera will collect image data outside the vehicle, analyze and identify roads, traffic signals, signs, and traffic environment participants in real time, and combine the map and driving data (including vehicle location) to complete the decision-making and execution of intelligent auxiliary driving. These data are processed in the vehicle and are not transmitted outside the vehicle.
(b) To enhance driving safety, when you use the intelligent driving assistance function, we will monitor the driver's fatigue or distraction status in real time according to regulatory requirements. At this time, the main driver's camera in the car will identify whether the driver's face is turned or eyes are closed. These data processing is completed at the vehicle end. It will not be transmitted outside the vehicle.
(c) According to relevant laws and regulations, vehicles may be connected to platforms such as the TSP to upload vehicle-mounted data such as vehicle status, license plate number, vehicle speed, driving duration, and driving mileage. In addition, we operate in multiple countries, which means that data may be stored and processed in the country where the product or service you are using is located, in other countries where we or our affiliates, subsidiaries or service providers, business partners have a presence, or visited from these countries.
